How to counter Tiny Marines

Hi,

I'm absolutely clueless on how to counter early marines? If he gets enough feed to buy one single marine he can EASILY rip my complete base apart. He can do so much dmg with just one marine,
example1: kill tower of seeing, get all my workers with an assassin easily
example2: destroy a few front mines and port into my base with sphere
example3: randomly destroy my bigger towers to increase his gold amount HEAVILY and decrease mine.

The list goes on and on, as soon as he hit's that 5k gold mark I'm completely lost. Ofc he does not get those 5k from me to begin with, but in pubs... easy going -.-

What to do about it? Kill the slayer since he didnt spent his gold for stat boosts?

1 : Use your slayer(equiped with vest) to see assassin
2 : Upgrade goldmines and upgrade building's hp & Use walls of health
3 : Upgrade building's hp & Use walls of health

To kill assassins, upgrade slayer's range and equip them with kitty claw or upgrade their damage in slayer's tavern. Works best when your slayers are near a purity wall.

What do you mean by early marines...?

You should get wards so you can see this.
It may be difficult to do, but remember to upgrade your slayer's range via research center periodically, if you have enough range you can kill the marines with the 10k dmg bonus pretty easily (which you should have by then) and the wards let you see where it is at all times.

1: You can try ward. Or you can build 2 CC + 1 BoO to keep revealing whole map when you rich.
2: Why goldmines need to be upgraded? How long your building can last using wall of health?
3: Don't spam your words!

Why Slayer need to carry Kitty Klaw to kill ass?

Upgrade goldmine health to prevent them from being destroyed by blast and ricochet gems.

You don't need kitty on slayer.

As long as it has enough damage to kill assassins swiftly, it's fine.

I also knew that Slayer doesn't need Kitty Klaw ^^

Upgrading gold mines increase their health.

Achieving the same goal.

Maybe some End game oracles and comets but I doubt their range...
1 Marine is no big deal, but when massed, you can say gg as your base slowly gets destroyed..

Please, no pointless messages.

Don't upgrade goldmines, it is a waste of lumber and your gold income will decrease.
Research Tower Defense which adds 2k Hitpoints to all towers per research at Ultra Research Centre.

Gold income won't decrease, but lumber will be wasted.

It's cheaper to directly build thebgood mine.
