Upgrade Vampirism SPEED

Vampirism SPEED is recently dying as fewer people are playing now and when new players join, they never get interested because:

1) They get owned too quickly
2) Thinks Vampire is mh-ing due to big Farsight and global Urn of Dracula

I suggest balancing the game a little like more item cooldowns as well as Human buildings cooldown on Oracles and Comets to prevent ending game too fast before the new players even enjoy it.

More information on where to buy gold, Slayer pool location, Basic info should be included in the F9 Game Info/Quest bar.
Add more animation effects and fix bugs too. xD

AND COOLER MODELS GMAX LOL

I suggest maker can put command like -tips for newbie...

This is true for our generation (old ones?). But nowadays new players enjoy playing something if they learn it easily. Additional factors like good FX is another thing.

Unfortunately our map mod SaMmM seems to be not available at the moment, it had been just more than a year since his service.
