Vamp Abilities

I've seen a lot of vamps that do NOT use their abilities. This is not good, because the abilities are very important to kill humans, gain money, and stay alive.

I personally get:

3 Starting abilities:
1 to chained lightning (for killing the workers that have not been upgraded)
2 to stomp

Then, for the rest of the game, I ONLY get stomp and heal.

Stomp's Benefits:
-Gets an EXTREMELY large AOE over period of time. This makes it easier to get your tasks done!
-Good way to prevent harvester denies. If harvesters are stunned, they can't detonate. It can also kill weak workers from a HUGE range (even up hills).
-Prevents humans from running, repairing, building, teleporting, anything. This could buy you time to help kill evasive humans while your v3x missile lands, your wolf kills a wall, etc. Also, a human can't deny structures if it can't attack!
-Lvl 20 permastun. Now that the soul burn bug is gone, what can you use to ensure a v3x contact? If you have stomp lvl 20, by the time the stomp duration runs out, your cooldown is already up and you can keep any unit in a permastun.

Heal:
-Must I say anything here? Used with conc, heal will PREVENT YOU FROM DYING!!! Note: Heal cannot be used with conc is active. You must have fast fingers to use this. I'd suggest an autohotkey script for quick item use.

Good strategy, but having to master chain lightning have another reason to play. If you are losing badly, and the enemy humans stay near the wall when they repair, put a lvl 6 stomp and hold 4 ring, 1 concird and 1 shield+800, then stomp and chain. No matter his health, he will die ^^ But it is very useless in late though.... other than hunting humans.

I always level up chain lightning as a high level of CL with grave assist can wipe out a whole row of furlies (60g a pop).. There are a lot more reasons why I prefer to level CL but everyone has their own style. Stomp and heal are also important and the benefits should not be overlooked.

Yes, But they always escape >Sad
I recommend Pulse Staff for lvl 15 below slayers, This idea is fun if there are lots of people with all the slayers on the pool.

There is no chance for them to escape if you know how to mix build tongue

Oh sorry, I seldom play as a vamp. And when I go to pool they always escape.

Try using Cloak of Shadows, sneak in, atk 3 hits then stomp and kill.
