Soul Burn exploit is not fixed

I have been cursed with a soulburn bugged several times. This is when the soulburn active menu does not have the soulburn ability! You can fix this by dropping and picking up the item, but it's annoying. I suggest just having the item with an active ability, instead of an extra sub-menu.

ALSO:
You can still drop book to reset CD in 2.46. Test for yourself.

I noticed that the sub menu doesn't have the ability when you moved the book in your inventory. "The fix" is not picking and dropping the item (although sometimes it works), you need to replace the book were it was when you bought it or picked it up for the first time.
Anyway I also think it should be an item with an active ability, the sub-menu is not needed.

edit : actually picking and dropping the item always work.

o.o.... the soul burn exploit that i told SaMmM isn't bout this xD but nice to know it can be reset by throwing the book out lolz

its chiew* erm actually be4 2,46 you could use Book Of soul burn on the vamp lolx....
