Challenge Mode

I'm trying to think up ways to make the game harder but not impossible.

Most recently, I beat it under these conditions:
- Jurassic 2
- No basing
- No excavation sites
- Max 2 power plants
- No tree exploits

I beat it on my first attempt so I was wondering if anybody had some ideas to make it more interesting. Theoretically I could do the same setup anywhere on the map.

No excavation? how are you getting gold ;p

Entirely from dinos and if I have the chance, nests.

Double bounty is ridiculous. Before you know it, you have 4 digits.

Eh, stillllll, I like my tree glitchess xD I can beat it jurassic 2 if I base up and use the tree exploits

I've been playing jpark in this style more often now and it seems even easier than basing normally. The only times I lose are when I get bored and start hunting dinos and my base gets wrecked in the background.

Nice, I couldn't view the replay though, 6.3 is an unofficial map, therefor I do not have the associated map to view it through. ;p Nice guide though

AFAIK the only difference between the official and this weird version is that someone lowered the biology research times.

You said you didn't have the map so I linked it. Nowhere did you mention that a confirmation was required before I could help you.

You've successfully derailed my thread and I went along with it in hope that I might get a response to my topic. Seeing the current state in the forums, I guess I should have known that only a select few post around here but only to maintain their rank.

Since you're a moderator, I ask that you remove this thread for it clearly serves no purpose anymore.

The main topic was talking about making the map harder, you are correct, but not many people are capable at playing at your level. I asked you to post how you do so, and you did, and you provided a replay with an invalid map. I answered and responded that it was an invalid map.

Conversations evolve and move on, I still had the main topic in mind, and I was curious how you did so. You posted how to do it in an amazingly clear guide, but you used an invalid map and I told you that.

This topic didn't deviate too much from the original, therefor I allowed it, and I am a little lenient compared to some, and I was having a conversation.

Your calling me and the forums out though, was unnecessary and definitely uncalled for. I do not post to maintain my rank, I don't have to post to maintain my rank. I post to respond for we were talking. I could leave right now and I would still have moderator. All I have to do is sign in and make sure no one is being incompetent.

I will not remove this thread because I am answering you, I will happily lock it though, but it would be nice to continue this over PMs.
