Fake maps on the loose

Always we can see fake maps which really bothers most good players dependent on skill and not on cheats.

My point is that if we do have a protected map, how come there are still maps with cheats.

If i'm guessing it right, fake maps aren't from the protected map rather an originally made map copying the contents of the protected map?

So what can be are best solution for this problem?

There are fake maps because there are people dedicated "cracking" protected maps.
