some vamp ideas

Just had some ideas, although i haven't played for a long time.. I'll probably play it again to come up with more suggestions. These may or may not be valid if things have changed with vamp speed
-Rework tree cutter gem (too expensive, results usually suck against decent humans)
-Rework Lich (I agree it is underutilized.. Some skills could be reworked)
-Rework Mini Vamp (Too weak)

-Replace blizzard or whatever with something usable (say a one hit ko blast for any non-hero unit with broad range (2 min cd))
-Rework or eliminate tree killing spell
-Introduce Lich specific items (Super tree cutter gem?)
