Vent is a program that lets user speak through multiple methods of communication:

-Text Chat
-Voice Generation by text
-Voice Chat

The best is the voice chat. You can just hold a button (I use Ctrl) and talk to the others. It's great for playing in competitive games, but we mostly use it to chat-.-

Vent stands for Ventrilo. Ventrilo is a free version of TeamSpeak, also possibily better in some points.

Download it at www.ventrilo.com

My favorite advantage:
-Advantages -does not always let you talk, but only when you hold the ALT button, to avoid gameplay confusion

I'm not really a fan of cyber-talking, but if I had to recommend you a program for talking, I'll recommend Ventrilo.
